Community Activities

For the past 18 years, Gram’s Promise has awarded the “Elizabeth Ann “Libby” Frist Memorial Scholarship” to forty-two high school seniors throughout the state of Maryland totaling almost $37,000. Also, more than $16,000 has been donated to charitable organizations such as Lungevity, the American Cancer Society, St. Jude Children’s Hospital and other local charities.  Gram’s Promise has participated in local events including Relay for Life, the Baltimore Marathon, and the Festival of Trees.  Gram’s Promise has spoken to and educated thousands of children and families about the dangers of tobacco use.  Using the “Toxic Soup” presentation at health fairs, community events, and schools, Gram’s Promise is reaching out to our youth. Because of your support, we are fulfilling our mission one step at a time.

Contact Gram’s Promise via e-mail for more information regarding our “Toxic Soup” presentation at gramspromisefoundation@comcast.net or visit our Facebook page.
